Do you remember sweet pups DON & JUAN that YLDR rescued in collaboration with BULLSEYE RESCUE? They have both found their happy homecomings. Don, now ROCKIE, is happy at home with his dad Deus, mom Fatima, sister Lorraine and brother Matthew. The "Z" family recently moved to Atlanta from Chicago, and had been thinking of getting another play mate for their dog Roxie. When the family saw Baby Don at the Hogs for Dogs event in Alpharetta, they immediately fell in love with him. In fact, Mr. Z sat at a picnic table there for an hour filling our adoption application on his I-phone! All the while the family kept saying "please do not adopt him to someone else!" Son Matthew will be the main caregiver for “Rockie”. He's in high school and was looking for a dog that could go jogging with him. Fortunately Don's "meet and greet" with the family's current dog Roxie, a 1-1/2 year old female long hair dachshund, went well! Now these two are best buddies, even though Rockie has grown to be twice the size of Roxie! Thank you, "Z" family for adopting a rescue dog. Thank you, Frame family for fostering a rescue dog.
